How can I try a free class?

Review the class schedule and come to gym 15 minutes before class begins. Our trainers will help to wrap your hands and tell you the basics about boxing technique and the class structure.

How many classes can I take per week?

Once you are part of the Rhoads Fitness community, you can take as many classes as you would like. The structure of the schedule allows you to make time for your fitness goals.

How do I become part of the Rhoads Fitness Community?

After your first free class, talk with a trainer about joining our gym. With the enrollment fee, we include a set of wraps and gloves to get you started on your fitness journey.

How long are classes and how often are the offered?

Do you offer kids classes?

Absolutely! Kids classes are offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Our trainers help your child work hard and learn proper technique. Our students leave the gym feeling confident and strong.
