Owner & Coach
Nick is the dedicated force behind Rhoads Fitness. With an impressive 13 years of experience in the world of MMA & Boxing, Nick has seamlessly transitioned from a skilled practitioner to a seasoned coach over the passed decade. Known for his unwavering determination, discipline, and loyalty to his students, Nick finds true fulfillment in witnessing them surpass their fitness milestones.
His coaching journey extends beyond refining boxing techniques; Nick takes pride in guiding individuals toward achieving diverse fitness goals. Whether it is shedding pounds, building muscle, or fostering a healthier more active lifestyle, Nick’s commitment shines through. Thomas Aguirre

Coach
Thomas brings over 15 years of experience in the gym, with a strong background in boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. He spent four years competing as an amateur Muay Thai fighter under the USMTA, gaining firsthand knowledge of the sport. Thomas combines his technical expertise with a passion for coaching, helping students of all levels build skill, confidence, and strength through striking arts.
