Kid’s Class

Ages 7-12

The kids’ boxing class combines boxing technique with body weight circuit training for a fun and dynamic workout. Students start with a warm-up, then dive into boxing fundamentals like shadow boxing, bag work, and mitt drills with the coach. Between rounds, they build endurance through circuit training, keeping their energy high and their muscles engaged. This one-hour class is designed to get your child fit, confident, and excited about boxing.

Adult Boxing Class

Boxing classes blend boxing technique with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuits. Each session kicks off with a warm-up—whether it’s footwork drills, shadow boxing, or jump rope—followed by a strength training circuit that targets the six key foundations of strength: squat, lunge, push, pull, carry, and hinge. Throughout the class, students refine their boxing skills on the heavy bag and work with focus mitts during partner drills, all under the guidance of an experienced coach who provides form corrections and personalized modifications.

Adult Kickboxing Class

The kickboxing classes are a one-hour session dedicated to mastering kickboxing technique. Students focus on building precision and power through footwork drills, heavy bag work, and dynamic kicking techniques. In addition to solo drills, they partner up for mitt work and combo drills, where they refine their striking, defensive skills, and timing.

Adult MMA Class

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) classes blend a variety of martial arts disciplines. The class usually starts with a dynamic warm-up, including mobility exercises and light cardio to prepare the body for the intensity ahead. Next, students focus on fundamental techniques from different areas: striking (like boxing and Muay Thai), clinch work (grappling), and ground fighting (wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). Drills may include shadowboxing, pad work with a partner, or live sparring in a controlled environment. Each class challenges students to enhance their technique and improve their fitness.

Personal Training

If you are looking to improve your technique, practice your sparring skills with a professional, build your strength, or all of the above, then personal training is your next step to fitness. Our experienced coaches will teach proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness while helping to keep you motivated, provide accountability, and offer advice on technique and injury prevention. Whether the goal is learn to fight, build muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply staying active, a personal trainer tailors their approach to each individual’s needs and adjusts the program as progress is made.
